I didn't see a thread started, sorry if I missed it! Let's hear all of February's awesomeness! Mileage, workouts, working towards goals, whatever you did!
Nothing as impressive as you ladies, but I'm plodding along! February was: 138.94 mi (mostly gym) bike (including 9.52 mi across 3 trips "for transportation" on my real bike, which I'm trying to do more of) 29.9 mi run Weights: 16 exercises x2 Yoga: 9 times Worked out 22/29 days, donated blood mid-month, and came down with a yucky cold the very last day
