Friday - ran 4 mi (trails), biked 3.5 mi for transportation Sat - 45 mins yoga, ran 3 mi Sun - 25 mins yoga, ran 9.3 mi
I always love to go further on my own than I drive, and I did that today, at least. No huge goals at the moment though I’ve got a half many weeks out. I’m thinking about a 10k next weekend but haven’t signed up yet.
