TamiTaylor, I know this closure is unprecedented, but do you have any idea of when they would make a decision if the closure is extended? We're supposed to flight there on April 1, so DH and I feel like March 30 is the date we need to make final decisions about going or trying to reschedule. Or should I just plan to call on March 30?
Is there any word about ticket refunds or extensions?
I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but check out disneyfoodblog.com I got an email from them that says that they have information on refunds, etc..

I have not heard anything regarding an extension. I am sure that all depends on how this unfolds over the next few weeks. I am sorry I don’t have a better answer right now. As soon as I hear anything I will definitely share that information.

Sorta. Let me try to find it.
ETA- Found it!
Can you get a refund for purchased tickets?
“Unexpired multi-day theme park tickets with unused days, or date-specific theme park tickets with a valid use period during the period March 12 through March 31, will automatically be extended to use any date through Dec. 15, 2020,” Disney officials said.
If you aren’t able to visit the parks by Dec. 15, 2020 you can apply the value of an unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets have been extended and may be used through July 31.
