Here's my list: Multi vitamin Calcium/vitamin D Vitamin C - to keep coronavirus away, only in the fall and winter usually Biotin - for strong hair/nails Vitamin B12 - my levels are always low without the supplement, and it makes me feel exhausted Vitamin D - same as B12
For some reason I have a terrible time keeping my D and B12 in the normal range without taking ridiculous amounts of supplement. My theory is from being hypothyroid, but I don't have a real basis for that.
I take a multi vitamin for the basics Extra fish oil, turmeric, and ashwagandha to fit my specific needs with rest and recovery. BCAA and Noxyegen as a preworkout. and CBD oil to help me sleep.
Vitamin D - always cause I'm deficient I flipflop taking B12 and Zinc - for energy and immune system respectively Just started taking Biotin and want to see what it does to my skin
FWIW, I make a smoothie every day that has a ton of ginger in it (anti-inflammatory) and a lot of cilantro (antioxidants - and I can add a lot of it and not be grossed out by the flavor).

D-most of the winter. I've tested low in the past C-if I'm sick/feeling on the verge, especially if I have something big about Biotin and/or collagen in sports but I'm not sure if it's helpful at all And occasionally one of DDs multivitamins if I want a gummy

I’ve never thought about adding cilantro. What else do you normally pair it with in your smoothies?

I used to use spinach but I don't really like the taste so I thought I'd add cilantro instead. It's not quite as healthy I don't think (although close), but I like the taste better. I was on some crazy high protein diet last year so I started doing Greek yogurt, sweet potato for my carb, cilantro, ginger, and a little bit of stevia. Also some apple cider vinegar cause why not (it was a weight loss diet and people were saying it was good for weight loss, and I figured I'd give it a shot. But I love the taste so it stays in). Then I realized I don't digest sweet potato well so I switched over to berries. It's maybe a little weird but I like it. Ginger is delicious.

I forgot about biotin & collagen. I take it paired with Vitamin C.

I have some cilantro and sweet potatoes coming in my grocery delivery tomorrow. I’m excited for something different. It’s the little things right now. 😂 Thanks for the suggestions!
