I'm going to attempt a 4-5 mile walk. Then a nap and I'm no sure what after that. I'm going to start on a few small projects around the house for the next few weekends.
I am up. Now that the Boston Marathon has been postponed, I am just taking it easy. I am meeting up with a friend for a run at 10:30. We will go however far she wants to go. It is kind of nice not worrying about mileage for a few weeks.
I'm up. I took the week off from working out cause I was overtrained and everything was falling apart. Might do a slow 5 miles today.
I've decided to forgo the gym for awhile and just focus on running outdoors - now that it's light out longer and well, I'm wfh indefinitely...I have the time.

I’m up. I was supposed to run 12. At mile 7.5, my ankle hurt. So i decided to run back home (I was 2 miles away) and just be done for the day. Well, my ankle is now worse. I’m sure I sprained/twisted it somehow, though I can’t pinpoint exactly when/where (and when it first hurt I was on the flattest, safest part of my hilly route). UGH.
Thank GOD my half 2 weeks from now canceled, or I’d be super panicked about this.
My husband is on his way home and I’m going to head to the basement for a workout. I bought weights the other day. I’m not going to i the gym for a long time.
