Direct vent fireplaces

We are going to need 2 direct-vent fireplaces at the new house. Does anyone have experience with these? Any recommendations or advice welcome!

I feel like all gas fireplace inserts are direct vent now. So I guess I would say I haven’t had any issues. Both houses have had Napoleon gas fireplaces and we haven’t had any issues. It was actually quite easy to add a blower to the 20yo unit that we had at the old house in order to make it more useful. The cool touch glass on the fireplace at our new build house is very effective. The glass at the old house would be hot at any time the pilot light was on.
