Fri: 30 min run, plus like 5 miles of walking with H Sat: 5k virtual race where I got a PB by 21 seconds 🙂, plus 3 miles of walking with H Sun: 5 hilly miles
Goal: keep running and keep sane while #socialdistancing. And maybe get faster and hit a PB in my fall marathon, assuming it happens.
Friday- don't remember Saturday- 3.1 mile run and worked on my plank Sunday- 7 mile run and worked on my plank
Goal: keep up with shorter runs and about 10 miles on weekends so I am not starting from scratch when Boston training starts up again. I will be home a ton for the next two weeks ( at minimum) so I would love to try some new workouts with my resistance bands, yoga, and my jump rope. I also found a set of stairs at a local cemetery that look great for a workout.

I managed to hurt my back on Wednesday so its been a rough go with these home workouts.
Fri: strength/cardio circuit workout I made up based on the format of one of my favorite classes Sat: 5 mile run outside...this was so slow because of my back Sun: 5 mile run outside...slight improvement in pace, but still about 30-40 seconds off my usual pace
