If you have access to non fat greek yogurt and self rising flour it makes a decent dough. It's called two ingredient dough. Basically 1 cup of yogurt to 1 cup of flour. I do add a little evoo as it's a bit sticky. But I usual pre bake at a high temp so it can get crisp then I add the toppings.
I haven't tried it, but I thought this one looked/sounded good. I just sent it to my daughter because her FIL bought her a huge bag of flour, but she doesn't have very much yeast so she's on the hunt for no yeast recipes.
Please ask around, there are lots of us that buy yeast in bulk (it's like $6 for 2lbs of instant yeast, way better than grocery store pricing), I bake enough that I go through 1lb in a year and just cracked one of the 2 bags open in January (so, I don't anticipate needing the second bag until next January-ish). I would be more than happy to split that second bag up (locally- I think it would be tough to ship partial bags, but, if anyone is really desperate, I'll do what I can).
There are also some great sourdough starter pizza doughs, and people with starters will throw that stuff at you (as they need to reduce it frequently, anyway). If you get your own starter going (give whatever flour you've got a chance, but, WW generally works well), you will need to dump some around day 4 anyway.
