Friday: 5 mile run outside. It was a nice day so we went on lots of walks, too. I had over 20k steps. Saturday: basement workout. I'm using past workouts from my small group training class. Things like 12min AMRAPs. Sunday: 3.5 mile run outside

I'm slowly feeling better after a sinus infection so I've put myself on a running hiatus until I feel completely better. I started doing some easier cardio this weekend. I'm on a free month trial of Obe fitness and I've been having fun with some of their dance workouts as something different
Sat: 40 min training ride + 40 min dance cardio Sun: 30 min dance hiit workout + 30 min yoga
Friday- rest Saturday-7 mile run and post run yoga Sunday- 5 mile run
I have been doing "virtual" runs with friends.. we both leave at the same time for our runs. We take a selfie and check in with each other midway through our runs. It has been helping me feel more connected.
Friday: 3 hour nap on the couch (See: heart problems) Saturday: 16 mile Greenway ride on my gravel bike Sunday: 20 mile super chill rail trail ride (yeah, more than I should have ridden)
Lots of walking/running along with my DS on his balance bike. He is obsessed! Pre-covid he didn’t know how to use it at all and now he’s flying, so it’s really awesome to see his progress.
Fri: Pilates and multiple walks Sat: 10 mile hilly run and 4 miles walking Sun: 4 mile run and 2 miles walking
If nothing else, I'm keeping my step count up during social distancing. No one in my complex seems to leave their apartments, so we have the "walking path" to ourselves. It's great in that I'm getting ALL the walks in. I'm so bored with it though.
