So, I'm in zone 6b. We had a very mild winter. I planted some annuals in my garden last year. I don't remember what they were. Normally I just let everything die and pull them in the spring. Well, the one plant, it never died. It's actually growing again/still. What are the chances that it will flower again this year? I realize that is probably hard to answer without knowing what kind of plant it is, I can post a picture later if that helps.

In my experience, it being an annual and already regrowing it should bloom.
