I currently use Discover but I can't take it anymore. The website doesn't work. I try to pay a bill or whatever and get error messages and have to do things 3 and 4 times to make things work. I was just trying to open a new account and it repeatedly gave me an error message so I am done. Who has the best rates, customer service, and most important best and user-friendly bill pay platform?
We have our checking account (and bill pay) with Chase. Their website and app are so user friendly and I really like them. We have our savings with Capital One 360.
BofA has a great online set up. I use them and we are doing our refi through them. Everything was added to my online banking for the refi and I got notifications when documents were needed and I uploaded them right to the site. So easy and simple.
USAA an option? We switched to them last year and I've had zero issues.
No. I’m surprised by these responses. Usually they are like Ally, Capital One etc. I don’t usually see Chase and BofA
I think it might be because of the features you mentioned and the ease of online interface—those others tend to have higher interest rates for savings. We banked with BoA before USAA and I agree their bill pay and everything else online and on the app was pretty user friendly and reliable, and I really had no complaints about that kind of thing with them.

Well thanks everyone. Because of this I decided to go look up promotions and I’m going to start with chase for now because of the promotion they are running. Very helpful.
We use Charles Schwab. Back in the days, they were one of the first banks that would refund ATM fees, and I was getting really sick of DH pulling out a $20, and paying a $4 ATM fee for an $8 burrito.
Their customer service has been phenomenal. We use Schwab for our checking and brokerage accounts, and Capital One for online savings accounts since their yields are better.
