Anyone shopping the Sephora spring sale?

I just got a mailer - looks like Rouge gets to shop starting 4/17, VIB 4/21, and BI, 4/23. Code is SPRINGSAVE.

I'm just restocking a couple of skincare things, nothing exciting.

Of course I just had to restock my Drunk Elephant vitamin C serum. I'm thinking I'll probably get a couple of things, but nothing major, just things I know I'll need and use.

I'm probably going to buy something fun. It's been quite a while since I've bought something just because I think it's pretty and I like it (last year sometime). I don't know what it's going to be yet. Maybe a face palette or a new lipstick.

Also, I haven't received anything in the mail yet. If it starts tomorrow you'd think I'd have gotten something by now.

Yes I’m getting a couple repurchases and the Huda Mercury Retrograde palette. I need something fun right now. I’m not going overboard though and I haven’t really bought anything this year yet.

Nope. For the first time in a decade I'm not buying a damn thing. The way Sephora handled laying off their part-time employees was unnecessarily cruel, and they're not getting any more of my money.

I was on a spending freeze before the pandemic so hadn’t bought anything for myself since Jan. Then the pandemic disrupted our finances so hadn’t bought anything except food for a month. End of last week I said fuck it and placed a $200 Sephora order. Of course 2 days later I see the email about the sale. Grrr. Saving money would be nice to send the stuff back and re-order, but we’ll see.

I got some skin care stuff and some nail polish so I can pamper myself. I’m excited to use.

I have a gift card from my birthday and a credit on my account from a return that was a few days past the date to get a refund on my credit card. So, I've been waiting for the sale. I need face wash, a new moisturizer (anyone have recs?) and a tinted mosturizer/bb cream.

pumpkin, you can buy DE directly from the DE website. I doubt they have sales, but I would rather pay full price to DE than to give my money to Sephora now.

Thanks for the remember. Though I just hate that I can't get it at Ulta or Nordstrom or somewhere else.

I wasn't going to get anything because honestly I'd rather shop Ulta as I feel their rewards and deals are better. But, I love the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream after getting samples of them so I might order those. And I really, really want the Dyson flat iron. My spending is out of control, but now is the time to get it if I really want it.
