Anyone still reading their blog/podcast? I liked their beach houses, but I really don't like the inspiration pics for the new house, for the most part.
The spaces sound nice and I like the outdoor spaces and cute tiny pool, but I don't like most of the finishes as pictured.

I like the selections and generally like her style but want to see it all come together and decorated. I don’t really care for the blog style as there is waaaaaaaay too much scrolling involved. I want the clif notes version.

That looks like a very modern Florida exterior. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. They will not have fun keeping up with painting or cleaning all that.
Oddly, the interior photos are giving me intense déjà vu for my parents house in the mid-80s. I grew up in a weirdo modern open concept high ceiling house (my Dad studied architecture in university and designed our house). Everything was white with warm wood floors and railings and beams and furniture. It was an oddity for sure, but I actually quite like white interiors as a result. Feature or accent walls were not a thing back then and I remember my parents continually debating if they could or should paint the common areas anything other than white. It was hilarious because my Mom so desperately wanted colours but she was always worried that she would have to carry the colours from the dining room into the kitchen into the living room and then into the foyer and then the whole house is peach dammit we will just leave it white. (This was a continual refrain). She really does love colour, her current house is too colourful in my opinion. My Dad’s is mostly white!
It feels very one dimensional. It reminds me a lot of their first house- very white, bland... overall monotone.
I much prefer their styling in the Richmond house and beach houses because of the layering and color and variation. They took more risks. This seems like it'll be totally the opposite.
I understand the desire to scale back and "go" for one type of scheme, but this is to the 9th degree.
