Returning the stimulus money

I was living in the US until May 2018. I submitted a US tax return for 2018 and have found that the US has deposited stimulus money into my account. I'm not eligible for it and want to return it. I've searched for an IRS email address but have come up short. I don't want to phone them as I want everything documented. Anyone know an email address I could use. Thanks.

Eta I am not a US citizen and have returned to my country permanently.

Maybe email your the state rep from your former state for help?

My answer sucks but I suggest holding it until the IRS issues guidance in the next few months. IRS is bare bones at the moment.
