I have a lot of dandelions in my garden beds and need a tool to help me get them out more effectively than my previous method of just doing my best and maybe getting the tap root 60% of the time.

We bought a version of the center, stick one completely on accident. I didn't notice it make its way into our cart. Turns out it is my favorite weed pulling tool. It does the job quickly and with less disturbance to the plants around it than anything else I've used.
We have the top one and i love it. Super easy - but doesn't work as well next to concrete because you don't always have enough space to get all of the feet around the center of the weed.

Middle one is good for getting deep to the tap root. Be kind to your hands. I must have done 200 one day and my hand was like a claw the next day from the prying motion.
I had the middle one and loved it, good on thistles too. Just don’t try to lever it against concrete too hard while going for the one between two slabs, that’s how mine broke.
I have option 1. It works pretty well but it also pulls up a chunk of the dirt as well. I usually shake it off the taproot and put it back in the hole and stomp it down.
Our old neighbor, who had the BEST lawn, swore by #2. The people who. Bought his house are not fans of lawn care and the explosion of dandelions and grass growing 6 inches high is proof of that.
I have one and two. I love them for different purposes. I (and my 50 yo back) like one for the grassy part of my yard so I don't have to bend over a million times and removing more soil isn't that big an issue. Two for flower beds since it is more accurate/doesn't remove so much soil and I am usually on my hands and knees weeding.
1 is great for these super pokey things we get in our garden that have thorns on both top and bottom of the leaves so I can't grab them. I definitely pull out 1 more than I do 2.
