Has anyone used SW Buoyant Blue or colors close to it* on the fan deck?
I am thinking of painting my basement workout room this color, or possibly Blue Horizon. I usually go for the muddier, more neutral colors in the Sea Salt, Comfort Gray, Rainwashed area of the fan deck, but in the basement with tiny/almost no windows I'm looking for brighter.
Longshot, but curious to see if anyone has any pics?
*Only looking at SW colors, since I have a SW fan deck to see their colors IRL at home, and a local store where I can order by phone and pickup curbside.
No advice on the color, but just to definitely do big test swatches because when I was painting a guest room with very little natural light the color I initially chose looked SO LIGHT in natural light, like so light I was worried it was just going to look white and then when I painted it on the walls in the room it looked bubble gum pink. So go way lighter than you think you need to, haha.
I’ve used Meander Blue in 3 rooms. I think it’s one darker on the fan deck or similar? I felt like it was too bright in well-lit rooms but a really good shade for darker rooms. It’s definitely a great aqua tone.

oh good! yes, meander blue is one shade darker on the same chip. I was also considering that color, but thinking in a basement staying really light might be better.
Just curious, was one of the rooms you painted that color the playroom that you posted recently on another board? Or is that room a different shade?
This is the room I'm (cleaning out first and then) painting -- that one small window is the only one in the room. I'm trying to make it feel sort of peaceful/outside-on-a-bright-day-ish rather than "treadmill in a clutter-dungeon," which is mostly how it feels now.
