Online fabric store

My mom does not quilt, but really enjoys sewing. I want to get her an e gift card for mothers day to use for patterns and fabric, mostly fabric though. I know The Loopy Ewe has fabric with their yarn, but I'm sure there are better sites. Any suggestions?

Where does she buy her fabric now? For clothes, I buy most of my yardage from my local stores (I’m in Canada so they are probably useless to you). In the past three years both shops have set up very good online storefronts. It allows me to shop local, reduce or eliminate shipping fees, and I also know the quality and type of the fabric available because I’ve been in the stores so I can compare it to past stock.

Otherwise I have ordered from fabric.com a few times. They have everything under the sun and sometimes I go to them when I want something specific.

I ended up with Hawthorne Supply Co.
