Refunds taking longer this year?

Is anyone's federal tax refund taking an extra long time to come in this year? We filled on 4/3 and Turbotax had the estimated date as by 4/24. Our state return came right away but our federal is still showing up as pending. We filed the adoption tax credit this year so I'm not sure if that's the delay but it would be really nice to get that back!

Sorry to say but ours came in pretty fast...also filed through TurboTax.  We filed on 3/28 and it hit our account on 4/6.

ETA:  We took the solar tax credit, but not sure how that compares.

Ours was very fast but we filed in early February.

Mine was fast-filed at the end of Feb.

Ours was filed towards the end of April and we got our refund maybe 2 weeks later. It’s a straight forward return though so perhaps that was why.

I believe the adoption tax credit usually takes a long time.

We got a letter that they were looking more closely at ours and it would take 60 days. Right before covid shut everything down. So I filed in February and still waiting.

We could really, really, really use the money. Ugh

We had the adoption tax credit last year and I thought we got the return pretty fast then. We filed beginning of April this year and still haven't gotten our return....

Ours says “still processing.” We filed in late March and received our state refund like 3 days later, the stimulus payment shortly after, and we still wait for our refund. Not sure what’s up with our refund. 🤷🏻‍♀️
