Fri - 3 mi family walk (somehow this made me sore!), 20 mins yoga Sat - 6 mi run Sun - 45 mins yoga, 4 mi run, 6 mi biked on two trips (to farmer’s market and a family ride)
Friday- plank and my 7 minute full body workout on my new app Saturday- plank and my 7 minute core workout on my new app Sunday-plank- 2 mile run and 5 minutes of jump rope

Friday - 12.5 mile bike ride, family walk Satuday - 20 mile bike ride Sunday - Unplanned rest. It was raining and windy all day. My foot/ankle is still bothering me, so I am trying to accept the rest days more
