First of all, I’m sorry I’m making another peloton thread! I know there’s already a million but the search function isn’t working for me and I can’t find the post I’m looking for!
Second of all, I just found out my H ordered me a peloton for my birthday!! It’s not for another month but he couldn’t wait to tell me. Lol. I’m SO EXCITED!!! The delivery date is set for end of July, but I remember someone on here saying something about being able to call and move the date? Or email or something? Who was able to get theirs faster? Share your wisdom with me!!
Is it being delivered by XPO? If so, yes. Call them and they will most likely be able to move up your delivery date.
Mine is being delivered by Peloton and basically, it won’t get here till the original July date and they will reach out to me if an earlier time opens up. Can’t even talk to a real person. Just an automated message.
There is a peloton store less than 2 miles from my house and they said they can’t really help.

I also bought Peleton a few days ago and my current delivery date isn’t until August! I followed that reddit thread for a few days and tried everything but Peloton will not move my date up. I think people are having better luck with XPO then if it’s coming from Peleton themselves. I don’t know how they decide who delivers it but apparently you would have gotten an email from XPO a few days after setting the initial date if it was coming third party.
Peleton is delivering ours and I haven’t had any luck moving up our date. I ordered mid April and won’t be getting it till next week. I reached out to the email to put my name on the cancellation list for if any earlier dates come up and nothing has. I reached out a couple times after and they said they had nothing.
