THIS PERSON STOLE MY LIFE.
Help me get it back! Please!

I bought an LG phone with dual screens from a person at peppertree Park. I zelled him $500 and went to ATM to get him $200 and $100 from my pocket. I have had 6 phones stolen this Week and thought it would be good to have a spare..
I met up with him in his motel room and he told me "wait, I already gave you the new phone" , he didnt. At the same time I'm buying an SD card from him I noticed my 2 week old galaxy note 10+ was missing. But no one else was in the room. I knew he had it. I burst into tears. Demanded to look in his truck, he was good. After bawling my head off, he "found" the phone I bought, but my note 10+ oh no.
The man is a thief who steals others phones and then hacks them.
I looked at my bank statement and he had used my phone to "Zelle" my entire savings and checking into his account. He is now threatening me to keep quiet or he will tell the police all about me.. they already know me, I'm trying to leave the area and everytime I try, I get robbed. I cant trust anyone. I would like to file charges against this man. This is federal. Does anyone know what to do? I told the police and they just shrugged, and said small claims court..

Description of vehicle involved – Color: White, Make: ford, Model: explorer, Year: older 2004? Good shape, Type: Suv, License plate: has Raiders sticker on back, few others, Other details: Pepperidge Park or the parking lot by the salons across the street at night

Description of vehicle involved – Color: Gold van, Year: oldet, Other details: he was making an ad for the thief online because the thief was caught and can't publish for himself online anymore.

I... well. She's had 6 phones stolen THIS WEEK. She has $800 to buy a phone - I think there are more reliable ways to get a phone then from some rando in a motel. And every time she tries to leave town, she gets robbed??

LOL. I wish my Nextdoor was this fun.
