Face coverings and temp checks required for employees and guests. Fewer guests allowed per day. Markings on the ground for 6’. Beefed up app with virtual lines/return times to avoid as much queueing. Online food ordering/contactless pay.
From a business sense, I think WDW played this smarter than UOR. Disney World is still canceled out through June 13th. So they get to appear to the consumer that they are more cautious and they get to see works and fails at UOR and adjust accordingly. I’m not saying Disney needs to copy anyone’s business or model but it can’t hurt to know what failed at your competition and preemptively fix it at yours.
