I eat very little dairy now and I have found that it helps my weight loss. I still have goat cheese, and that's about it. But at the same time I also gave up bread and alcohol so I am not sure what is driving it.
GOOD LUCK TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I was there to cheer you on! You rock
Honestly? It sounds more like you are reacting to the high fat content
This is exactly what I was going to say as well. Especially if you have been eating healthy and then you eat something really rich and fatty your body may not be happy with you

I vote it's more of a fat issue too. If you never had issues with dairy before, not eating it for a couple weeks wouldnt make you suddenly have issues.
I hope you made it through the race without crapping yourself!
It probably isn't lactose intolerance. More than likely, your body had a fat/sugar issue. That happens to me. If it kjeeps happening, go to your doctor, obviously. Good luck in the race, and if you do have to go, I hope there are bushes for you!
I also agree that it is probably the fat content. I have the same issue if I eat more than a serving of ice cream in a day... which obviously I shouldn't be doing anyway.
