Dear DD Why were you moving the super glue around or even opening it? (her hands are covered in Gorilla super glue) Why the tears when Papa knocked over a project you had half done weeks ago? You aren't acting like normal, what's up? Concerned Mom
Dear Biggest school district in town You just announced everyone will be online until Dec 7th (originally it was until Oct 19th). What do you know that the rest of us doesn't? Me
Please dont be over. It's been so nice. Dont make me go back there.
Signed, can I retire yet?
Dear pediatrician,
I find it unusual that your advice is to send kids in person if you can. It makes me feel better that I picked the AB option, mainly due to the fact that they didn't do well virtually. I also find it odd since you are usually over cautious and sent Dd to get an x ray and $500 later, to tell me she is fine.
Dear Ds and Dh,
Fix the $%&!ing truck. I'm sick of hearing about the truck. I'm sick of saying truck. I am about to drive it off a cliff and collect the $20 insurance.
Dear Anyone who bought a desk from Ikea, Thoughts? Several months into working from home, I am caving and buying a desk. It looks like I won't be allowed to work in my office regularly in the fall, and thus need one. Anyone have a favorite. Signed, I'm old and my back hurts from working on the couch
Dear University, Our semester starts in less than a month, how about some guidance? I know that I am supposed to teach in person, but what about office hours and disability accommodations for students? Signed, Unimpressed that you don't know this yet, students are emailing and asking me
Dear Childcare?, Only two responses to our post looking for a part time nanny. This is making me nervous. Signed, The schools are closed and I need childcare
Dear WPs, I saw a thing being shared around Facebook that said to use screen time as mask practice time for the kids to get them ready for school. It's working out really well for us so far! It gives mask practice time a definitive time frame during the day instead of just "wear it for a while." Wanted to share the tip for anyone else trying to figure out how to ease into back to school masking. Signed, Hope it helps
Dear therapist, I'm grateful that you recommended meds before I even had to ask. I'm sure the instant tears when you asked "So, how are you?" may have contributed. I really do think it's going to make life a lot more bearable for the time being, I have nothing against meds and know plenty of people who take them, but I'm still very nervous about this. Signed, Freaking out
Dear client, We already have two signed contracts with you. But now you suddenly decide we have to jump through hoops and submit 2 separate 50 page RFPs to prove ourselves? Thanks for the 1 week notice to pull that off. Really appreciate it. Signed, Ugggghhhh
Dear sales reps, Remind me again why it's my job to write your proposals? Isn't the proposal I write the reason you get the business that pays your commission? This system seems broken. Signed, Uggghhhh again
We start in 10 days. I'm going to need the teacher assignment and bus schedule. OK, thanks. We have zoom calls for meet the teacher in 6 days, so you know I kind of need to know who I am zooming with.

Dear school,
I know, I know it’s hectic to rush all this paperwork through but I didn’t decide to move the first day of school out three weeks and then suddenly back up again. That was the district and the union. Please give me the withdraw paperwork for my other child so both my children can start at ten virtual school Monday.
Sincerely, I have 50% of my forms
Dear Virtual School,
I have been trying to reach you for over a week about the error on the account of my child who does have the correct paperwork. Please respond.
Sincerely, Would like to finish this process
Dear universe,
How on earth do parents who haven’t spent the last ten years professionally hip-deep in government paperwork manage this process?
Love, A very patient person who is good at forms and still is struggling with this
Thanks for arranging for us to get our materials less than 24 hours before school starts. I’m sure my 7 year old will be totally comfortable using the system she’s never used before.
Thanks for giving parents a preview of the system so that we can set our kids up for success. Thanks for getting teachers their cameras, adequate lead time to do their professional development, and giving them an opportunity to try out the new technology in advance. Oh wait.. none of that’s happened either.
Signed, Confident in this school year. Confident in it being a disaster.
k3am,, Same here. They pushed back our state date one week to give themselves time to figure things out. And I haven't heard anything. I read the slide show from the school board meeting to try to figure out what is going on, and still don't have a full picture.
Our school just had someone in the office test positive. No teachers or students have reported back yet, so not to worry there. This doesn't bode well for a school year that starts in 1.5 weeks.

Dear school district, Thank you for giving me hope that you may go against our health department's latest guidelines for 100% online schooling. My mom's school district didn't even hesitate and are now doing 100% online. But informing the parents that the school board will have another meeting to discuss where to do 100% online is hopeful that there may be an in school option too. Signed, Still hopeful that I will send my child to some in person school
Dear client, When we were discussing your options and I said that one option really depended on who reviewed your paperwork, I wish I could have told you more that the system is messed up and people really don't know their jobs. But I'm sure you already figured that out. Signed, Annoyed with my former coworkers
I ordered toilet paper from you back in March when we had massive shortages and you claimed you had it in stock for next day delivery. You finally deliver it today? Really? Don’t you think after 5 months maybe you should have asked if I still wanted it?
Dear Today Are you over yet? I'm tired, my head aches, and clients are driving me bonkers. I'm so glad today is my Friday. Is it closing time yet? Me
Dear Little Sis I'm tired of listening to you whine about money, school, and sports. DD was right when she told you spend money on things that aren't necessary. Like the big blow out decorations and stuff for your dog's 1st b-day. You say you don't have money for the grocery store but then you post pictures of you in the new leggings you just got or the Chewy Box full of dog toys. I get the pandemic has basically cancelled sports and you are an athletic trainer but you also teach part time and your teaching salary covers your housing costs. You aren't living in poverty! Big Sis who is over it and makes 1/3 of what you do

Dear people mentioned in above letter,
Thank you for nice note clarifying that the red banner that pops up whenever I sign into my kid’s school account and starts with “urgent message: contact...” does not, in fact, require any action on my part.
I ordered toilet paper from you back in March when we had massive shortages and you claimed you had it in stock for next day delivery. You finally deliver it today? Really? Don’t you think after 5 months maybe you should have asked if I still wanted it?
Signed, Not Impressed
Lol - I got my WB Mason March TP late last week 😂😂
We have become accidental paper product hoarders. All kinds of stuff we forgot we ordered over the last 5 months is showing up at once.
Signed, Anyone need a roll?
Dear Amazon,
I need you to stop telling me you’ve cancelled my Subscribe and Save items if you are going to actually ship them. When you say you aren’t sending it, I believe you and get my stuff elsewhere. Then when you send it I have nowhere to store the extras.
