My boss mentioned the other day that his boss was working with HR to try and get me a raise.
They had announced at the beginning of Covid that they were suspending yearly wage evaluations so I wasn’t holding my breath. I assumed if I would get anything it would be like 2-3%.
Boss’s boss called me to meet with him to let me know it got approved! It’s 13%! I was not expecting that at all.
