Who's up Saturday!

Good morning!

I had big plans to get up at 5am and run 7 miles before my car went in for an oil change..

Well.. the car is at the shop and it is 9:40. I have my running clothes on and have not run one step yet. 


Thinking I may do 3.1 and then do 7 tomorrow.

I'm back from an easy 4.5 miles. I should definitely have left before 9:30am, though. It was HOT and sunny and I was just over it. If the sun stays out, we'll probably sit by the pool this afternoon, though.

I did a 20+ mile gravel ride. I saw a few hundred chicken in a pasture and sheep and a horse.

I ran 6 miles on my local trail. We had good weather for a few days, but now it’s humid again.
