We have an upcoming consult with California Closets, but you all have such great ideas I wanted to post, too.
In our master, we have two reach in closets that make an L shape. The corner part is basically useless. I am thinking maybe we can get a lazy Susan of sorts for that part. Have any of you had success? This house doesn’t have a basement, so I am always cautious about maximizing storage space.

It might take some engineering, but I would try to put two sets of shelves for storage of less used items. We have shelves on the ends of some of our closets, and it is very handy.

We have a closetmaid custom system and our corners have half-circle hanging rods that hold more clothes than I expected them to. We freed up more horizontal space for shelving that way, too.

Not my closet because I can't PIP, but same corner rod - I have at least 20 hoodies hanging on the top part of mine and plenty of room for pants/skirts on the bottom.

Just seeing this! Do you have doors that close though? Part of the issue is that this isn’t a walk in, so we have to have doors that get to all of those spaces!
Our consult is tomorrow, so we will see what they say.
