I go tomorrow for my 3rd monitoring appt but it looks like egg retrieval will be either Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday my follicles were: L:15.3, 11.8, 10.3 with 10 more under 10mm R: 13, 12.4, 11.1, 11, 10.5 with 12 more under 10mm
They started me on cetrotide late morning and tonight will be day 6 of stims. I wish the smaller ones would catch up since it's less follicles than I had at my first retrieval and only 6 eggs were mature.

Feeling like I have recovered from my surgery to look for and remove endometriosis. Have to wait 4 more weeks to repeat the immune labs to see if the small amount of endometriosis was the culprit of the immune dysfunction or not. That will determine next steps. Just waiting.

Nothing new here - this will probably be our last cycle trying on our own before trying IUI. So thereβs some stuff to talk about between now and end of September.

Good luck! I have endo and know how frustrating it can be.

Thanks. I donβt have a lot of endo symptoms, but reproductive immunology said my labs were reflective of someone with endo. There was only a little bit, but he also thought I have adenomyosis. Iβll have to wait for the labs to know if the endo removed was the culprit or if adeno is maybe it.
Had my ultrasound the other morning, lining was 10.2 and estrogen level was 620. Started PIO this morning and crinone tonight, will get labs again in the morning and looking at thursday afternoon for transfer. I'm happy about my lining, that's better than I've ever had before in my previous retrieval or transfer cycles. Oh and I did my PIO shot in the ventrogluteal location, slightly closer to the hip than the dorsogluteal appt, and it was honestly so easy. I didn't feel the needle go in and only had the slightest ache during/after injection. No icing or heating needed. Woohoo! I can definitely do that every third day for a few weeks.
