A month ago, pork shoulder roasts were BOGO at the grocery store so I stocked up. Over the weekend I make the roast in the IP and all this week we are reaping in the leftovers. BBQ pork sandwiches, pulled pork quesadillas, and tonight a burrito in a bowl featuring....pulled pork.

We generally do grocery shopping on Tuesdays so we plan for meals Tuesday through Monday (with one night of take-out).
Tuesday night we did fish tacos Last night we made tri tip (for H and the kids) and scallops (for me - I'm a pescatarian) with a kale salad and grilled new potatoes Tonight we're doing chicken and shrimp chimichangas Other meals this week are Bahn Mi sandwiches, baked mac and cheese with spinach and artichokes, and Golden Winter soup with grilled cheese sandwiches (likely for the Hawks game).
Like last night, I made DS scrambled eggs, DD and I had Caesar salads, and DH had leftover butter chicken and rice with naan. I'm sooooo done with deciding what's for freaking dinner.
