So there was a snafu on getting my meds, so that combined with our moving fiasco, made us decide to push back a month. I’m annoyed, but I think it’s just one more thing to stress me out.
Sorry for the delay. Everything takes forever in IF land.
I had more cramping and pretty heaving bleeding/passing big clots this morning. After my last bleeding they had me stop crinone and just do PIO every day for the week, but yesterday I went back to the crinone twice a day. They said stop the crinone (back to pio only) and hopefully it's a SCH and cervical irritation, I'm not too hopeful though. It really seemed like too much blood. It has lessened and I'm not really cramping anymore, and they moved my ultrasound up tomorrow, so I guess we will see then.

I had my FET cancelled - the ultrasound showed 2 complex cysts at baseline even though my estrogen was low. It's probably better this way because I ended up having to travel for work. Since I don't cycle when I get back from my trip I'll start provera to force a cycle and hopefully get going. I'm not sure how many to transfer. My doctor authorized 4 embryo's however I'm debating between 1 and 2. I have 5 frozen but they're all day 3's instead of having them grown out to blast which was an error on my clinic's part.

You’re doc is ok to transfer 4 embryos?? That’s insane to me.
I’d be pissed at the clinics error as well. Pissed.

Jalapeñomel, I was PISSED at my clinic. I don't know who did it but I specifically told them I wanted a call on day 3 with an update of how many embryo's we had. The clinic's rule if you don't tell them otherwise is to freeze all on day 3 if you have under 4 embryo's with lower cells. Someone in the clinic wrote in my file to freeze ALL on day 3 regardless of the amount of embryo's. We had 100% fertilization which was only 5 embryo's but I wanted them grown out to blast. That didn't happen.
Usually you can do 2 if you're over 34 or have failed transfers. My dr said because of my "geriatric age" he would authorize 3 on a fresh transfer or 4 on a frozen. I get I'm older (I'm 40) but it made it sound that just because I'm old they don't mind. My last round I transfered 2 both times and neither of them implanted.
I'm torn between doing 1 or 2. I have 2 that are considered excellent 8 cells, 2 that are good and 1 that's poor. I think I'm going to "sacrifice" my poor rated and do 2 at once.

I’m 41, and both my current and previous docs are hesitant to transfer two. But I would do a good one with a poor one.
Have they offered an ERA? I wish I had done it at the beginning.
Omg so somehow I am still pregnant 😭 I have a small subchorionic hematoma. Y'all I was so sure it was a miscarriage, I was cramping and bleeding for like 4 hours Sunday morning, literally passed a clot almost the size of my fist. I cant imagine what a big SCH would be like! So no more crinone since it seems to irritate me, just daily pio shots from here on out. Hoping I don't have any more bleeding episodes and going back next Tues for another ultrasound/check in with my doc (he wasn't in clinic today so I saw someone else). Thank you for anyone sending thoughts and good vibes my way!

I had done an ERA so I know I need 1 more day of PIO versus the standard they give everyone. I did the 1 extra day prior to my last transfer but that didn't make a difference sadly.
