Any tips on what to get her? She’s short - just barely three feet tall. She rides it up and down the sidewalk on our street with us, nowhere else.
I’m also looking on FB Marketplace to see if we can buy a used trike for her, I just don’t know if there’s a particular size or brand that’ll be best for her.

So I don't think this one is available to buy new anymore, but if you see it for sale used, snag it. My kids, who are 9 and 11, would still ride it down our driveway and do stunts on it. I know it doesn't look 'bigger' but it fit them more like a 'big wheel' than a tricycle. A big wheel would be another option if they still make those! us.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-Rock-Roll-Ride-Trike/dp/B00JCA5DPG?ref_=fscpp_d_harley-kids_sp_2_i_p
I’d probably go straight to a 12” bike with training wheels at that age. I wish we had done that with DD1. DD2 has been riding one for a few months now and she just turned 2 (although she is a wild one! 😂). But if your kid will be almost 4 in the spring and can already pedal, I think it would be a good investment rather than another trike that they will outgrow soon.
We’re getting my daughter the Co-op from REI. She’s just four and 39” so it’ll be the 16” one. It’s lightweight and should last until she’s ~ 48” (around 6).

If you decide to go with a balance bike, we have a Schwinn. We like it because it has real tires, not plastic. It would be nice if it had brakes but balance bikes with brakes are quite a bit more expensive.
We got a hand me down from a neighbor for DD2. You can often find them used on FB. Or I’d go with whatever they have at Walmart or Target. DD1’s 16” is a Huffy SeaStar and I think it cost $80. I don’t think you have to spend a lot on a bike for a little kid. I’ll probably buy DD1 a nicer one when she’s older and won’t outgrow it so fast.
