Worksheet to compare Health Insurance Plans

Does anyone have a worksheet they use to compare health insurance plans that they would be willing to share? My boss has tasked me with comparing plans and I have no idea where to even begin.

The Summary of Benefit Coverage (SBC) should compare them for you. If you are talking comparing from a monetary perspective, you’d need to bust out some excel skills and look at premiums, deductibles, coinsurance and copayments, OOP maxes, and other payment data.

Yes, this is what I have to do so I can make a recommendation as to which plan is the better value balancing employer and employee costs.
