Proposed plan. Moving washer and dryer, fridge and adding pantry, coffee bar and wine fridge. Adding master bathroom, adding walk in closet. Home will go from 912 sq feet to 1160 sq feet.
That’s a big change! I think your use of space for the new renovation is good. My only qualm is the double sinks in the new master bath. While I like double sinks, I also like having counter space, and I don’t know if you have enough there. Also where is the dishwasher? I like them best beside the kitchen sink. The picture is fuzzy on my phone so I couldn’t identify it.

Double sinks are going away! That was a last minute change that hasn't been reflected yet. I agree.. I need counter space!
The DW is to the left of the sink. It's not being moved so I don't think it's captured in the plans.

I added better pics!
Now that I can see the details I see it is a 6’ vanity. I just went and measured ours and it is 6’3” with two under mount sinks at 18” apiece and there is enough counter space, so I take my comment back. The sink model in the design file looks huge. I would just make sure to buy a smaller footprint sink.
Everything else looks great! I’m certain you are going to really enjoy having the larger space. Are you planning on staying in the house during renovations, or are you moving out for a bit?

Looks great! I agree you're going to enjoy that extra space.
One small consideration - it looks like you're losing a hall closet near the master. In the W/D closet I'd maybe not do all shelving next to the W/D. Maybe do high shelves with room underneath to store a vacuum, broom, etc.

I think it looks great. I'm confused by the change to the exterior doors. It looks like you're closing off the door into the kitchen (which would be handy for bringing in groceries) and adding an exterior door in the guest bedroom. Where do you walk into the house? Where do you dump your stuff when you get in? Just making sure you have a good entrance and drop zone is the only comment I have!

We have a front door! The door where the fridge is going is on the side of the house so we bring groceries into the front door. The door is on right side of porch.
The new left side door being added goes to a long driveway. We don’t park that far up, we added a gate to close off backyard.
Looks great. I might consider bi-fold doors for the w/d area, it looks like it's designed now with two full doors that when open would nearly completely block the entrance in to the MB area.
audry80, got it on the exterior doors. I mean, I knew you had a front door obviously, but wasn't sure if that was your main entrance. It makes sense to close off the door to the kitchen since your driveway isn't even on that side of the house! Just make sure you have a place to drop shoes, bags, coats, etc. It looks like you're losing your hall closet to the W/D and other storage.

Or a pocket door - I think you could have it sliding to the left, into the MB wall.
