Great customer service!

I realize not many people are traveling right now but I do want to recommend Kingdom Strollers.

When we had to cancel our Spring Break trip we rescheduled for Nov. We decided not to go on that trip either. With everything else going on I completely forgot we had a stroller booked for Nov.

They allowed me to adjust my reservation to next spring despite contacting them the day my reservation was supposed to start.

Not sure if we will take that trip yet, but I do appreciate that they were willing to work with us.

We loved Kingdom Stroller when we had a need for them. They were great! I also referred my sister to them when they went.

We won't be needing strollers anymore, but I don't think they are the preferred vendor for Disney(I believe they have a contract with someone else). So I think there are limitations about drop off an pickup isn't there for on-site hotels, but I think you can still use them.

I agree! When we cancelled our trip they allowed us to keep our reservation (and price) and just email them with the new date whenever we were ready. They've always been great to work with so we use them on all our trips.

This is true. I don't think they are the preferred vendor anymore. So you need to schedule a drop off/pick up time instead of just leaving the items will bell services.
