addition update (PIP) - week 6?

Sorry, I'm way behind posting - I think we're in week 6.  It's going well, except we had 1 structural issue w/a truss that requires a supplemental drawing. Of course w/covid the county isn't being responsive to our request, so they just left that truss open and framed/insulated/drywalled everything else.  We're getting into the fine detail of light placement and whatnot.

Saturday a team is coming to finish all the drywall mudding/sanding.  And next Thursday is tile day!  I spent 2+ hours at the tile store yesterday further refining my tile plan    - Everything should be done by Thanksgiving, except the cabinets arrive on Nov 30th.  I'll probably just wait to post final before/afters but I didn't want people wondering what was up w/our job

Patio is done except the lights.  We still need to fix the brick color too - I "built" the step down into the yard.

Looks great. I love the patio, that’s going to be such a nice outdoor space to have. I use our patio all the time, more than I ever thought I would.
