I mind only if underwear is showing. I don't need to see a stranger's tightly whiteys, foxy boxies or whatever they wear under their clothes. I feel the same about people who make sure their bras are showing.

I see so many people (on Cops) try to run from the police and then get caught when they have to hold up their pants.

It only really bothers me when their pants start below their ass or at their knees and you can see the entirety of their boxers. No one wants to see that shit.
