In December I’d like to try to keep moving and maybe give blood if I can ever get an appointment. The whole blood donation slots seem to fill up very quickly, which is great, but I’ve definitely skipped a few times this year because there’s been nothing open when I look.

Run: 44 miles. I haven’t been that low in years. Oops. Spin: 9 times. That’s pretty good!
I don’t keep track of my walking separately, so no real idea how many miles I walked for exercise, other than being able to say it was a good month for walking.
Goal for December: do more than November. That should not be difficult.
Bike - 33 mi (all indoor) Run/walk - about 6.5 miles Strength - 7 workouts
I managed to hit at least 2 workouts every week, for the whole month. I struggle a lot with consistency as a working mom of littles, so that was big for me!
Unfortunately last night my basement workout room flooded, and I'm now ripping up the floor. We had a heavy rain + power failure, and then the sump pump didn't kick on when the power came back on. The treadmill and equipment are fine, it didn't get that deep, but... definitely some disruption that's going to last a while.
December will be a little rocky for even more than the usual reasons, I think.
