Does anyone have any insight or experience with low hcg or early cramping that actually progressed?
I have been on immune protocol. I tested negative, cramping, temp dropped and started bleeding 12 dpo. I am a health care provider so anxiously awaiting a covid vaccine, ideally not on immunosuppressive meds. So I stopped some of the meds Friday on 12 dpo in preparation for the the vaccine! Then Saturday I got a super light line. Sunday really no change in the line. I’ve been having cramping since Thursday. Bleeding changed to spotting and stopped yesterday. Hcg was only 25 yesterday at 15 dpo. I restarted meds Sunday night. I am still having cramping, but no more bleeding. I’m presuming this will be a chemical? But meanwhile I really want the covid vaccine ASAP given I have had several co workers test positive despite many precautions, though it could certainly put my immune numbers way up. Still less than a covid infection would. I finally got my vaccine invite and waiting to hear back from the reproductive immunologist, but hoping to get my vaccine this week knowing my response to the vaccine might be diminished by the meds.
This is the latest I have ever tested positive, and I’ve never had so much cramping.

Update - 48 hour HCG was only 35. I feel like this is inevitable loss, but plan for repeat HCG on Saturday. Hesitant to take higher doses of prednisone with my vaccine scheduled tomorrow and the thought it will decrease my immune response to the vaccine.

Thanks. After talking to the clinic, I’m stopping the immune suppressants and pio and declaring it is not viable. The line has not gotten any darker comparing this morning tests to Monday’s.
The silver lining is that I got my covid vaccine this morning and will get a better immune response to it with stopping the immunosuppressants. And I can get the second vaccine in 17-21 days and not have to worry about how it will impact my labs. I’ve never been so excited to get a vaccine and so grateful. I’ll feel less terrified being an immunosuppressed, possibly pregnant health care worker.
But at the same time, ugh. This is the 6th consecutive loss.

Jalapeñomel so nice of you. I'm doing ok. Sad and upset at the unfairness of it all, meanwhile another family we are close to is now expecting again. I can't help thinking how having us on the same timeline would have been amazing for so many reasons.
I was going to get labs drawn today, but started spotting and cramping this am. I'm hoping it will pass today or tomorrow so I can just get labs Monday to check if my HCG is back down. The RI clinic wants me to see another (non RI) immunologist they have worked with before. Grateful I'm off of work all but one day next week.
