Friday-rest day. Took a long walk while on the phone with my mom just to enjoy the beautiful 70+ degree day.
Saturday- the final day of my current lifting cycle. Start a new 4 week cycle tomorrow with a hip thrust and bench press focus. I love both lifts so am looking forward to it.
Sunday-a 20 mile skate at an average pace of ~12 mph. That is a little slow for me, but it was the first time I've been able to do 20 miles all year since ive been rehabbing my Achilles tendon. Felt great to finally hit that milestone!

Friday: 30 min run + strength Saturday: 65 min Peloton cycle classes Sunday: 65 min Peloton cycle classes + family winter hike/walk. I always forget the hefty Sorel boots I rarely wear, always give me a blister on my left heel and I get crabby. I need to leave myself a post it for the first time I wear them each year!

Fri: 45 minute holiday themed spin class Sat: 50 min spin class Sun: 7 mile run plus 2 mile walk with my H Monday (we are closed tomorrow for the holiday, so it’s part of my weekend): 5 mile run planned.
