I had HG last pregnancy and nothing really helped. This time is almost as bad, but phenergran keeps the worst of the nausea and vomiting down for about half the day. They make it as suppositories if you're vomiting too much to keep pills down.
I was unbearably sick with all three of my pregnancies. First one I was helpless, second I tried Zofran which did not work, but Benedryl/B6 did, third I was hesitant to medicate but was desperate. Crazily, what worked for me was Nexium. It’s been a long time and I know PPIs have been put on the drug naughty list (for everyone) but after all that suffering I figured out my nausea was completely related to acid production. It manifested later as heartburn and nausea but early on it was just nausea/vomiting.
This is interesting because chewable Pepcid takes the edge off.

this makes sense if it 1) controls acid production and 2) keeps the sphincter at the opening of your stomach closed.
I tried dicgelis, zofran, reglend, B6+Unisom tabs, Sea bands, relief band. They all helped a bit but nothing is magic. Also helped are cold apple juice, eating constantly, antacids. Some people say magnesium helps, but not for me.
