Oh no!!! Diclegis didn’t work for me with DD2. I tried Reglan (that didn’t work either) and then Zofran. The Zofran helped a little. I had to get the ones that dissolves in your mouth, not the pill you swallow. (I couldn’t keep the pill down either 😞). There are a lot of options, just keep trying until something helps! But even with meds, it was pretty miserable for a while. Sending hugs.
I took Zofran and it worked for me. My MFM Dr recommended Unisom and B12 or was it B6? It didn't touch it. Sour candy really helped too if I was out somewhere and felt it coming on. But I would just take my Zofran in the morning and it would usually help me all day.

Zofran worked for me, but my OBGYN was hesitant to prescribe for my second pregnancy.
I got through with a lot of sour patch kids, soda and puking.
I’m sorry. A lot of people describe a light switch going off as you get farther along. I’ll hope for that for you. Mine never stopped, but so many do, I’ll hope you’re in the “stop” category.
When I was pregnant for the second time, I had to have a Slimfast (or something like Ensure might work, but it wasn't handy) every morning right away. I think it was the nutrients without the heavy digestion.
I’m sorry Those motion sickness arm bands helped a bit when a bad wave hit me, probably more as a distraction than anything. I also sucked on preggie pops a lot. I only threw up once with each of my kids, and otherwise just felt awful 24/7 until about 15 weeks. I hope it passes quickly for you!

Have you tried eating saltines as soon as you open your eyes? Like before getting out of bed? Getting something on my stomach immediately seemed to help me.
Snack, snack, snack. Preventing your stomach from being empty can really help. I would snack on baby carrots and apples.
eat something sugary before you even step foot out of bed. I kept a little baggies of sugary cereal for this purpose. The normal drop in blood sugar in the mornings can make the nausea much worse. I also kept other snacks by my bed in case I woke up hungry.
eat what sounds good. I also liked salads because they felt light and fresh and were cold. Warmed up food smells were not good for me.

I'm in the trenches with you. I'm 14 weeks and still suffering. I called my doctor and asked for Zofran, because it helped tremendously with my first pregnancy. This time, it's not working as well.
I'm still taking the Zofran anyway, because at least it's stopped the vomiting. I still feel nauseous all day though. I really don't want to get out of bed.
I tried the B6 and Unisom combo, but it didn't work for me. I heard it can take time to work, up to 3 weeks, but when you're sick all day with a 4yr old to care for, you don't have the time to wait.
Some snacks that help my nausea - Kettle Chips, Pretzels, Peanut butter sandwiches, bananas (these are hit or miss sometimes), Preggie Pops (the lemon are my fave.)
Some meals that help - fried egg sandwich with sliced cheese, plain salad with avocado (plain salad is gross, I know), Marie Calenders Pot Pies.
Drinks that help - Sparkling or carbonated water like Perrier or Lacroix, Vitamin Water, Chocolate Milk (Fairfield worked the best for me. Nesquick was a fail.)
Like katfco suggested, drinking Ensure (Slimfast or Glucerna works too) before getting out of bed can help a lot! Just make sure to sip it. I also eat half of a peanut butter sandwich before getting out of bed while drinking my Ensure. That works much better for me than crackers.
Good luck. I wish I could give you a cure all, but hopefully you find something that helps.
I think there is something to citrus or tart flavors. I lived on green apples. (Weirdly, DS actually eats more apples than anyone I've ever met. He happily eats three or more a day.) It blows. I'm sorry. I tried to sleep through the worst of mine when possible.
I had HG my entire pregnancy. The only things that helped me was coca cola. Sorry.
Omg me too! (Sadly on both fronts). I lived on coke and fast food hamburgers during the first trimester in both pregnancies. I don’t know what it was about them but it was my craving. I remember thinking I was supposed to be eating healthy but all I wanted (or could keep down) was kid food, carbs and junk. I had a bag of goldfish in my car because I’d need a snack on my commute home or the cycle of vomiting would begin.
carrotsmakemefat, I don’t know how bad your MS is yet, but another thing that actually helped me was watching a lot of TV. I know it sounds silly, but I think it would distract my mind off the nausea. When I was pg with DD2, me and DD1 watched Jeopardy every night after dinner because it helped me keep it down. The Zofran helped a bit, but it wasn’t a cure by any means. I was pretty miserable the entire pregnancy.

For me it was Fuji, a little tart and a little sweet. True story I woke up with one morning with an apple wedge on my chest and a bite of apple still in my mouth.
litasail, noodleoo, my family friend craved coke slurpees when pregnant. She liked the ice and the wanted the cola. THe guys at 7-11 got to know her by name as she would come by each morning, buy like 5 slurpees and take them home to her freezer to have throughout the day. lol
beachbum22, are you taking a prenatal? My MS was worse with my second and I was taking a prenatal. (with my first i took a good women's multi and additional folic acid) anyway, when i was still feeling sick into my second tri, I stopped the prenatal and it all pretty much died down quickly.
ginger actually caused morning sickness for me (even though it is a huge help for my motion sickness). It took me until 16 weeks to realize that with DD1. I made sure to avoid it the second time. if there is anything you are doing to "help," just double check that it's actually helping.
Sipping water and making sure my stomach was never completely empty made a big difference for me. hunger always brought it on.
I was unbearably sick with all three of my pregnancies. First one I was helpless, second I tried Zofran which did not work, but Benedryl/B6 did, third I was hesitant to medicate but was desperate. Crazily, what worked for me was Nexium. It’s been a long time and I know PPIs have been put on the drug naughty list (for everyone) but after all that suffering I figured out my nausea was completely related to acid production. It manifested later as heartburn and nausea but early on it was just nausea/vomiting.
I took Zofran and it helped, though not completely, as I was still sick daily throughout with my first (I don't remember my second, lol, but I know it wasn't as bad). I will say around week 20 it got to where I only threw up during/after brushing my teeth, so hopefully it lightens up for you too at some point.
I found I could get through the 30-45 minute commute to/from work by sucking on a Jolly Rancher. I think it's something about the constant swallowing that is supposed to be helpful?

Zofran was the only one that helped. My dr tried to put me on B6/Unisom for my 3rd pregnancy. However, no matter how small the dose, it made my blood pressure drop and I'd fall asleep (like sleep 12-14 hours/day sleep and still be extremely drowsy when I woke up).
I had to take zofran pretty much my entire pregnancies. I had a few weeks here and there that I felt better, but the MS always came roaring back in third tri.

I'm taking Vitafusion Prenatal gummies. They're not bad, surprisingly, but they can leave a funky after taste.
For a few weeks I stopped taking them because I thought they might've been making me sick.
Right now I only take one gummy at night instead of the recommended 2 gummies. I don’t know if it actually contributes to my morning sickness, but I'd rather not chance it and anger the beast.
I know prenatals can make MS worse, but I never thought of taking a multivitamin to see if that helped. My doctor just said stop taking the prenatal vitamin. I wish I knew to try the multivitamin.

I took Nature Made for Women with calcium and iron. It can be the iron that causes nausea. It definitely helped me
