We have linen sheets from Lands End. One set is 2 years old/used full time, and no pilling or anything. I just recently bought a 2nd set during their 50%+ off sales during the holidays.

Ww have a sheet set from Restoration Hardware. They are speedy but are proven to not only feel nice but be the quality we've owned. We only use 1 sheet set, so it gets washed weekly and put right back on the bed. Generally sheets only last a year or two before they wear and rip. These ones are going on 5+ years with no signs of wear and tear.
If you like flannel, I love the Martha Stewart Collection luxury flannel ones (not the less expensive ones in more colors and patterns, as I hear those aren’t as good). We’ve had them for years and they never pill and are always soft and cozy. For regular sheets I really like the Charter Club Damask Stripe ones. Both are from Macy’s and are a little spendy but go on sale regularly. They both hold up well to regular washing on hot with high heat drying.
The only sheets that get pilly that I've seen are sheets that aren't 100% cotton. Or maybe flannel, but that just seems like the nature of flannel to lose that fine brushed finish that it has when brand new.
I like Threshold Performance sheets from Target. I also like to find percale sheets, I just bought some Opalhouse ones from Target.
I'm tired of buying sheets that pill and ultimately feel gross.
Does anyone have a recommendation for higher quality sheets that won't pill quickly?
IDK how high quality but I like the Target Threshold brand sheets... they have the same patterns in stock all the time so I can get more pillowcases or whatever, they have extra-large pockets so they are easy to get on deep mattresses, and they hold up well over time. No pilling, they are plain cotton. This browser is being a pain about letting me paste the link but it's called "400 thread count printed performance sheet set -- Threshold" on the website.

We’ve had good luck with the Target Threshold sheets, too. No pilling, we like the extra elastic in the corners - we have an adjustable bed, and the sheet doesn’t pop off when the mattress moves.
I’ve gotten sheets from Macy’s that have lasted a long time. I think they were the Charter Club damask stripes? We had them for at least 6 years of constant use and washing before having to replace them.
We got some Costco sheets a few months ago and have been really happy. We use the Target performance ones on our kid’s bed and I like them. They’re holding up well but they’re just a little less soft and cozy feeling than the Costco ones.

I don't know if ours are linen or what, but we have Lands End sheets and they have lasted forever. We bought new ones when we moved (so 4 years ago) and they're going strong. And they get washed weekly, sometimes biweekly.
