Laundry options

What do you do with your dirty laundry? We don’t have room in closets or bathrooms for laundry, so we’ve always just had two open baskets in our room. It’s functional, but not ideal, so looking for suggestions.

We have a storage bench in front of our bed that I wish would fit two baskets, but the size is off (it would fit two 21x14” baskets, but that seems to be nowhere near anything I’ve been able to find.

We have a hamper in our closet under the hanging clothes. The boys have a decorated cloth one in the corner of their room.

We don't have anywhere we can hide our laundry, so we have something like this in our bedroom for us and in a hallway for my dog's stuff:

We have two wooden hampers in our bedroom which hold dirty clothes, one for lights and one for darks.

Everything goes straight in the washer (I'm a heathen and don't separate lights & darks). I'm in PT hell with my DS(4.75) regressing/too busy playing to stop for bathroom useage so I do laundry daily or EOD.

ETA: eventually I want laundry baskets on wheels in the master bedroom and in DS' bedroom.

We have a woven/cloth liner hamper in bedroom. Though now that H is back to working out, I’m going to get another wire basket for the bathroom for his stinky workout clothes.

We have a few places. The boys are on the 3rd floor by themselves and there’s just a basic IKEA pop up hamper in their bathroom. On the second floor we have a built in hamper in the master closet (it’s a California Closets type thing). Then in the actual laundry room(basement) we have one of those rolling 3 compartment laundry things.

I feel like kids are constantly getting dressed/undressed all over the house, plus kitchen and dog laundry etc, so we need options on almost every floor lol

Kids all have laundry baskets just out in the open in their rooms. We have a large sorter-style one in our bathroom. DH hates it, but I do most of the laundry and it's really functional for me. No one goes in there, so I don't care about ours being in open in the master bath.

I used to try to make everyone's fit in their closet, which is what we did growing up. At this point, for now, it's just easier having them in the open.

We have a couple hampers. Then when it's time to do laundry we load up laundry baskets with the dirty clothes and take them down to the basement.

We have hampers in all three bedrooms and dump the clothes from those into hip-friendly laundry baskets when we're heading to the basement to do laundry.

Our hampers match our rooms but not each other.
