It will be in a covered area but I’m looking for recommendations for websites or brands that are decent quality and affordable. Hopefully less than $3k. I’d like to get a couch type, 2 chairs and possibly a love seat depending upon the dimensions.
eta-I don’t know anything about outdoor furniture but is wicker what most of the outdoor furniture is made from and is it durable? Im looking for something with cushions that is comfy
I bought the Agio Eldorado 6-piece Deep Seating Set from Costco last summer. It was on display at the store and so comfy when I tested it out. I didn’t look at any other sets to compare it to, but I’m very happy with it and the Sunbrella fabric has held up well.

I was looking at this earlier! Do you know if they have a sale?

If your Costco has it in store it’s usually cheaper than online, but I don’t know what month they display patio furniture. It’s so comfortable, summertime naps on the couch are the best!
I’ve had good luck with the woven resin type furniture (not sure if that’s the right term), but I’ve only used that for dining chairs or smaller chairs on metal frames/legs. I’ve had a few pieces for 15-18 years. Haven’t bought any lounge type furniture, so not a huge help. Kind of like this:

I just ordered a dining set from Polywood, that is the recycled material and you can leave it out all year. They sell stuff with cushions too. Somef it is pricey, but it gets great reviews and won't need replacing for a long time.
I would say, if you can get a costco set, they're probably the best option. We didn't order the one above until late June after realizing that we needed something we could lounge on out there during COVID. It didn't arrive until August.

I researched this a lot a few years ago when we outfitted our screened porch (w/2 chairs, 2 3-seater couches, and a teak glider). We bought Macy's outdoor wicker couches w/sunbrella cushions in spa blue and we're very happy with them 6 years later. Our set is somewhat traditional, they have more modern ones too.
The price on outdoor stuff really runs the gamut between Target/Home depot ($300-600 for a modest set) to patio stores catering to high end clients ($5k+ for a set). Macy's was a good in between re: quality and price point. I've heard good things about costco too - my only mark against them was that I wanted to be able mix pieces and didn't want a completely matched set (much like you wouldn't buy a matched set for a living room). I think the scale of outdoor chairs in particular tends to skew large too, and I didn't want my space too feel too crowded. I ended up buying coordinating chairs from Pier 1 and custom sunbrella cushions for the Pier 1 chairs (I have coordinating spa blue sunbrella fabric on the couches and chairs).
We also have a stone patio, we have an old aluminum/powder coated set from Home Depot. The frames are fine, they've shown no age despite being outdoors 8+ years. But the cushion quality wasn't great - an animal tore most of them up at one point. Since they're exposed and I don't bring them in, I replaced the cushions w/an inexpensive set from Walmart (their home & garden line) - they're fine. I also bought a Walmart outdoor bench, which seems fine.
My sister in law has world market furniture on her screened porch. It's more modern and low to the ground, but seems to have held up well. I did want sunbrella cushions for longer wear though.
I have had all different types (teak, wicker, resin) from all different stores (C&B, Target, WM, overstock). I wanted something that looked like the metal from Frontgate or Ballard. We ended up with this line from Home Depot and I love them. They look amazing and are SUPER comfortable. This isn’t our exact set but we have the Oak Cliff style.

We have an expensiveish faux wicker sectional set that we've had for 10+ years that is still doing great (NorthCape Malibu set). About a year ago we purchased an inexpensive wicker set from Joss & Main for a beach cottage. It's only been a year but it too is holding up great - especially given the weather of the Oregon Coast (we bring in the cushions but leave the furniture out. Can't cover it because the winds get crazy down there and would just tear the cover off).
