Turbox Tax Refund or SOL? - Edit, think I solved

So my mom, like me got a 1099K from Paypal since they were moving and she was selling old crap basically.

Turbo Tax led her down the road of needing a Schedule C, but she's not self employed.  Everything was sold at a loss.

Is there a way for her to downgrade her online version of TT?  She is doing online, not a download.  If she's SOL, it's just a lesson learned.

They can't even efile anyway because one of my Dad's investments came on a form they won't allow to be efiled.  UGH!
