Fri - I got a new tattoo last week so Friday was still within the “no sweating under any circumstances” timeframe, so that’s a long way of saying rest. 😆 Sat - Easy Peloton ride and some strength work Sun - 8 miles
Bonus: I loved basketball when I was younger. I could maybe find a league for adult women, but I would assume those women would be waaayyy better at it than I ever was. And that I’d break a hip...
Bonus: I was a gymnast growing up, but I can barely do a cartwheel these days without feeling like I have vertigo. It's such a bummer. I did a somersault to make my DS laugh a few months ago and though I was going to vomit from dizziness lol.
Bonus: Swimming. I loved my city's summer rec. league when I was in middle school. Also, equestrian. It's my goal to start riding again after this race season. I've already started to check into local barns.I have ridden competitively since I was a kid for 4-6 years here and there. Then I'll take a break to focus on cycling, then get back into equestrian, and repeat the cycle.

Fri: 45 min spin Sat: 9 mile run Sun: 3.3 mile run
Bonus: I would love to play tennis again. I played competitively in high school and I really enjoyed it. I probably could find a group to play with, but I already feel like I don’t have enough time in my day, ha!
Fri - yoga 30 mins, 1.6 mi hike w/ kids Sat - ran 3.5 mi w/ DD1 on her bike. She set a goal to bike, run, or hike 50 miles in March, and she made it yesterday. Sun - ran 8.75 mi in the rain. A popular distance this weekend, I guess! 😊
Friday- six mile walk with a friend Saturday- half mile walk with my Mom who is recovering from a hip replacement Sunday- first in person race in over a year! 5k
Fri: 20 min run + strength Sat: 75 min Peloton cycle classes Sun: 30 min Peloton cycle + 2ish mile walk
Bonus: I generally wish I could have had the opportunities my DD has now...there just wasn't that much besides dance or gymnastics offered to me. Combination of small town, plus my parents not really knowing. I played soccer, but didn't pick it up until 9th grade and would have loved to have played my whole life and been better at it! Also, girls hockey. It wasn't a thing AT ALL when I was a kid. There was one girl in my school who played with the boys. The girls teams started up when I was in high school, so kind of too late.
I played team sports from when I was 3/4 through Varsity HS. I did some club sports in college and even law school when I had time. I really miss it and would love to play soccer again 😊
