Holy crap Des Linden is a beast!  5:47 average over 50k is just incredible. I’m pretty sure I’d pull a few muscles trying to run that over just ONE mile right now...

Wow, that’s awesome!

I ran a 5:42 mile in high school, once. And never got too close to that again. That’s incredible to run 31 of them consecutively at a 5:47 pace!

Exactly. Honestly, I would be happy to be able to run 2 minutes slower/mile over 31 (or 26) miles at this point in my life! 🤷🏻‍♀️
