I am the WORST at identifying plants. In the flowerbed around my tree, the only plant I can really identify at this point is the Stonecrop (which I LOVE and keep dividing and transplanting to new places because I stick with what I know) and the hostas. There are some patches of this stuff growing on the right (Stonecrop for size comparison). Is it just grass, or could it be Liriotrope, which I also tried to divide and put in a few more places? The established Liriotrope has much bigger leaves, but I'm not sure if it could start out this small. Not sure if you can tell from the picture but the leaves do have a yellow stripe up the middle which made me feel it's not just plain grass.
#1:
Next contestant: This is growing in a few places. Any ideas? It looks like it might flower. #2
Updated: A few more from the front flower beds: #3
I think this one might be primrose? I've planted it in the past, but nowhere near the location where this is, and I think rabbits ate it all before it could bloom regardless:
About as far from an expert as I can be...but #1 looks like maybe grape hyacinth, #2 & 3 look like coral bells to me, my mom has #4 but I can’t remember what it’s called & Google is no help (hers also gets about twice as tall as it’s supposed to be), #5 I have no idea.

#1 looks like grape hyacinth. Not sure about the others. There are apps you can get to help you identify what they are. I used Picture This last year when I was cleaning out some beds at my uncle’s house. The app was OK, but wasn’t super clear about whether it was considered a weed/invasive or not.

Yeah, I had Picture This before, but I guess it gives you like 5 free and then you have to subscribe for $30 a year. :-( There's a website that says it identifies, but the matches for the last two don't look anything like what I'm seeing.

darby, Thanks! Do you get the impression #4 is a "good" plant?

A different plant identifier says #3 is cutleaf blackberry, which is invasive, and #4 is fiddle dock, which doesn't look like any of the other pictures of fiddle dock but apparently it's very variable in appearance? I might wait for #3 to bloom just in case. I do have peonies in another bed the front yard right where our sewer pipe was replaced -- I thought they were decimated by the sewer digging but at least a portion of them are coming back this year! They look very distinctive, though, with thick red stems that almost look like asparagus as they sprout.

Yeah, I used the free trial period, then cancelled it the next day.
#3 from that angle looks like a peony plant. You will know soon if it is.
Yes, if it’s the same as what my mom has, she received it as a gift from a master gardener and loves it. If I talk with her today I will try to remember to ask her what it is & let you know.
I don't know all of them, but the second is definitely garlic mustard and it's HORRIBLE. Pull all of it that you see. It comes out fairly easily but you need to get the root. It is horribly invasive, spreads like wildfire, and inhibits native plants. I've been pulling ours in the woods behind our house for 8 years now and we've hardly made a dent. We've started doing some spraying, too, but I try to avoid the "good" plants.
It gets pretty white flowers, but try not to let it bloom. It is EVIL.
On the plus side, it's edible...I've never tried it, though.
ETA: it smells a little garlicky when you pull it.

ETA - my mom’s is elderberry. I can’t tell if that’s what yours is as well...

Oops, sorry! Wrong quote!
Actually, I think bsp36 was right! I looked at my peony plants today and some of the ones that are further along look just like that! I guess I don't really look at them much after the initial sprouting phase but before they have the big green leaves when they bloom. This one is pretty far away from the others, so it must have been displaced by the sewer pipe replacement.
I did not know what the plants were when we moved in to this home, and described the peonies like asparagus too. 😁 I have never seen them in that growth until that spring. Way better option than something invasive.
I tried a bunch of the ID apps last year and had the most luck with Seek. No idea on your plans, very few of those would grow here in CO, and definitely aren’t that far along right now.
