We need a new couch for our oddly shaped living room space. Our style is mid century modern, but the Joybird and Allmodern and Article couches I liked won't really work for what we want ( an L shape that has to fit in weird dimensions).
We are debating between an Arhaus modular sofa or a Lovesac- tried it out in store and it's fine. I wasn't wow'ed by any of it, but Ive given up in finding a couch that has the look I prefer, the dimensions, and is comfortable.
I know Lovesac gets a lot of love here. Anyone have an Arhaus?

I just ordered furniture from Arhaus on Thursday for our living room and for our basement. We went to a store and tried everything out and had a great experience working with a designer. We customized the Landsbury sectional for our basement. We got the deep version and it felt like heaven in the store. It won't be here till the end of October which is pretty standard for custom furniture right now.

One of my girlfriends bought a light colored Arhaus sectional and it has held up great. She is 2 rambunctious young boys that she allows to jump on it and it’s held its shape. I’m impressed!
We have both! LoveSac in our basement and Arhaus in the living room. Arhaus is definitely more comfortable. LoveSac is great for its purpose - a room that we couldn’t fit a traditional sofa through the door and that needs to be reconfigured for different purposes.
I will say that we have had an issue with the Arhaus sofa in that the buttons (it’s tufted) started popping off almost right away. But the response from Arhaus has been really great. They are sending a tech to fix everything, and if that doesn’t work will replace. If you go to the natick store Robin there is my BFF now and I have her cell/text her about our furniture lol. She’s super responsive - great customer service.

I’m glad to hear the customer service has gone well because that was one hesitation I had based on online Arhaus reviews.

we did buy the protection plan they offer. It was I think $300 and fully covered everything we bought (two chairs, a couch, and a coffee table).

We have a Lovesac and I love it. I don’t find it to be uncomfortable at all. I love that I can wash the covers, change the configuration, add to it at any time, and it looks nice.

We have a lovesac and I don’t love it. The cushions started out firm but I don’t feel they’ve held up well. I rotate them of the but I feel that the seat cushions aren’t very supportive any more. It is nice that you can remove and wash the covers and reconfigure it but I find the overall look of it to be very clunky as well. I’m short and to me the seats are just too deep. I don’t have any experience with the other one you’ve mentioned.
devonpow--- I just got off the phone with Robin. By the end of the call, she was calling me hon and wishing the boys a happy birthday tomorrow. She may be MY new BFF. LOL

We have a lovesac and I love it. It is super comfortable and I love that we can take the covers off and wash them. I love that we can configure it whatever way we want. We have changed it around for parties and have even changed the depth by turning the bottom cushion direction.
