Just started a rewatch of ER and it’s holding up so far!
I also love to rewatch Lost.
Really? Does it make more sense the second time around? I loved LOST but hated the ending.
Same with Game of Thrones. I'd totally rewatch that, it was so good, but the ending ruined it for me.
The first 3 seasons (before the time travel nonsense started) is my favorite TV ever. Maybe only beaten by Breaking Bad. But yeah, the last 3 seasons really jumped the shark and the ending was...a copout. I still love Charlie and Desmond so much though.
I hope my ER post a few months ago triggered all these re-watches!!! We finished it all in a little over two months. I’m both embarrassed and proud!
it did here. The amazing thing is I got H into it, so we are watching every night. He normally disliked medical dramas, so I’ve been surprised he is liking it. But he finds the emphasis on character development, without it being all about the live drama, is great.
I remember bits and pieces of episode. As I was really into it, especially when it first started - my roommate was premed, so he made us watch it from the start (it premiered when I was living with him - and others). Watching it harkens back to the time where if you missed an episode, you just shrugged and moved on with the next one, before TiVo, DVR, streaming. And with ER, you you could miss episodes.
I just binged Ginny & Georgia over the weekend and loved it. It was the perfect thing to watch while my family was out of town and I had the house to myself. There is only one 10 episode season so far, but they just got the green light to film season two.
